The modern, curvy shape of this decanter adds interest to serving wine. It is very easy to hold onto while pouring . The bottom part of the decanter looks as if it wouldn't hold an entire bottle of wine----but it does. It's almost an optical illusion. The opening at the top of the decanter is larger than the neck of a wine bottle, so it makes it simple to fill it. This decanter is bound to get comments from your guests.

Nice...a little light weight, but ok for the price. This minimum requirement for the number of words is in, my opinion, ridiculous.

First off, if you are expecting quality even close to riedel or other fine crystal, you will be very disappointed. The feel of this decanter is more like a common drinking glass. Also, the capacity is not 58 ounces, it is only 32 oz: not really large enough to properly aerate a 24 ounce bottle of wine, and certainly not as advertised. Having said that, the design is as pictured and looks appealing in a contemporary home. It may be worth the price, I just can't decide. Not factoring into my decision but of note, was the fact that the first decanter was received broken because of inadequate packing. Amazon reacted quickly with the exchange.
