it doesn't hold a full bottle so no point in owning this. Its a nice looking piece, but will probably end up holding flowers and not wine.By the time I get to a half bottle, I don't need a decanter.

This is a nice looking decanter - my dad had one that looks almost identical so I didn't look too carefully at the other reviews, one of which noted the size of the decanter. I should have paid attention as this decanter, unlike my dad's, does not even come close to holding a full bottle of wine! Read: useless. I can't figure out why a company would make a decanter that doesn't hold 26 oz. If you only buy half-bottles of wine, this is the decanter for you. Otherwise, steer clear and buy something else... 64 oz is a much better size and more what I was expecting.

Bought as a gift. It had a very minor flaw - a bubble that could be seen in the side with a discerning eye. Otherwise, a great buy. Attractive and mod.
