This is a very beautiful wine carafe. The idea is great but it is form over function. When you try to pour there is an air lock between the carafe and the ice holding tube and it won't pour. If you pull the tube out it drips and pours all over the table. It really only needs a larger spout. It seems that they developed this item and never tried to use it because the solution seems so simple. I am returning it.

I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews, but thought I would give it a try. I'm so happy with it! It keeps the while/sparkling cider cool and pours easily. I didn't have any issues with pouring, like some of the other reviews stated. I would recommend keeping fresh ice in it's holder to ensure it's stay as cold as you like.Would recommend this product!

Very tall so it doesn't fit everywhere. We had to move shelves around to find a place for it. And at the end we don't really use it that often...
