I should have read the reviews before buying. I bought this based on the picture above, thought it came with the glasses also, but it does not. The Decanter is nice to look at, but the neck is to short to hold and the base is heavy making it hard to pour with one hand.

This decanter is very nice, but I would not order from this vendor again. They do not communicate with their customers at all. During the first attempt of shipping, I received no shipping confirmation or tracking information. When the expected delivery date passed, I had to contact them to find out that the decanter broke during shipping. (I don't blame them for it breaking, but since it was a birthday gift it would have been nice to receive word that it was being re-shipped!) I finally received the decanter over a month after I ordered it (again, with no shipping information), and it was completely smashed. They responded promptly to my request for a replacement, but did not ship the replacement for several weeks and did not let me know when it shipped. Overall, the quality of the decanter is nice, but I would never use this company again since it took over two months to receive an unbroken product and there was a complete lack of communication from the seller.
