i was so excited when i found 3 of these for such a good price. now i know why. no sooner had i filled the largest of the 3 with some water than of course, i went to put in the stopper. soon as i pushed the stopper halfway down the pressure proved to be too much for the clearly lowest quality possible glass and a huge slice of the bottle just popped open gushing water all over the counter.now IF you still wish to take your chances with this very unwise purchase what you need to do is accept not having a perfect seal and remove the plastic from the glass stopper and just consider it a sort of 'lid'.it really sucks that i would lose more money than what the item is worth to get another cheap replacement.

When I found three of them for such a good price was so excited but when they arrived i knew why they the decanters where so cheap, as soon as i picked up the package all I heard was pieces of glass rattling around. Upon opening the box I saw just piles of very thin glass. All three decanters where smashed to pieces. The packing was done well with lots of packing pillows on all sides, yet either these glasses are extremely thin and cheap or they had one hard ride and after reading the other reviews I seems pretty clear they are that thin and cheap

Set looks much better in the picture. Quaiity is OK for such a value price, but I couldn't clearly see the shape of a larger bottle from the picture. It looks like a squre bottle and it's not.Plastic stoppers look way too cheap. As whole, set looks exactly as good (or bad) as much you paid for it. Glass (and I'm not sure it's glass)almost has a feel of a dollar store quality. I probably will get rid of this set (free gift to somebody)and look for something better looking.
