The packing was sturdy and the product well-protected in layers of bubble wrap.Appearance/Quality: The set is stunning. The glasses are solid and well crafted to a size perfect for whiskey drinking. The decanter is sturdy with a solid glass cap - not plastic - which making a nice clinking sounds when placed back in the 750 ml decanter. The detail in the glasses and decanter really catch the light and add wonderful sparkle. The decanter and glasses are perfectly completed by the silver tray which makes the whole thing look as decorative as it is functional. It looks wonderfully elegant displayed on my sideboard in the living room.I initially had reservations about spending over 50 bucks for glass-wear, but when I see the joy my boyfriend is getting from having it, it is well worth the money. While this set is well-made and nice to look at, I was concerned about the lead content after reading about the dangers of consuming beverages from leaded crystal. I didn't notice any indication on the packaging that the set contained lead, so I contacted the manufacturer. They told me that the set does indeed contain lead, and that liquids should not be stored in the crystal overnight. I wish I had known this before purchasing. Now it's more of a display piece than a functional decanter.

I am 100% pleased with this item. It is beautiful and much nicer than expected. Great QUAILTY CRYSTAL it was packaged nicely, nothing was damaged. Price is better than affordable, I am looking forward to using this product.Recieved in a timely manner. I am very picky and I looked for a decanter set for a long time and debated on purchasing this one.I would recomend this product to anyone.
